    Like… I kinda wanna be mad at you because 1) this is definitely *not* what “Chicken Caesar”-anything is and 2) the mix of ingredients you’ve got going on seems totally off the wall to me… but at the same time, I’m pretty sure I could devour at least a half a sandwich. Like it’s so crazy it might work.

    Looks good! Would be even better if it had some European style bread

    Looks pretty good! I would have toasted/broiled the bread with cheese in the oven though for a proper melting.
